Only one tornado reported in St. Charles, IA, about 20 miles south of my target Cumming, IA! I would have been in the perfect spot, and only had to make a short drive to the south to intercept. There was one more tornado reported further west in Illinois. Aside from that, this system quickly went linear. My main factor in determining this position was the 0-1km EHI. This seems to be one of the best parameters for predicting tornado development. I’ll see if that trend continues with future forecasts.
